Modern Sporting Rifle/ AR-15/ CT “Other” Training Course
This course is specifically designed for the shooter who has just obtained their Modern Sporting Rifle, or CT “Other”, depending on your terminology. This category includes AR-15 variants, both piston-driven, and direct impingement. Many individuals bought one of these rifles before the ban went into effect, and have very little, if any, instruction in the safe use of these rifles. For those who have minimal familiarity with these rifles, this course will start from the history of the development of the original AR-15/ M-16 and the 5.56/ .223 cartridge and progress to basic range exercises, proper zeroing, and positional shooting.
